Installation-Maintenance

Design Notes: Ensure the required flow rates as per technical data sheets. Commissioning Notes: Proper commissioning requires a hydraulically and electrically operational and connected heating system. A commissioning requirement protocol must be completed and submitted. The heating circuit must be filled with water conforming to VDI 2035 T1+2. The ground loop must be filled to -27°C frost-proof. Voltage supply must be executed according to VDE by a certified electrician and be fully completed. We reserve the right to refuse commissioning if the system is not completed. Incomplete commissioning, not attributable to AWE, and requiring a second commissioning will be charged based on efforts. Commissioning is carried out by the AWE AG customer service. Work due to incomplete or faulty execution as well as waiting times will be charged based on efforts. Installation Notes: The heat pump must be installed upright, ideally on a floating base (structural sound). Minimum side clearances of 30 cm. Front accessibility must be ensured.
