Invoice delivery

All invoices will be emailed to the email address you previously provided. By default, our system sets the e-mail during registration as the destination address for all incoming invoices. However, you can change the billing address (e-mail) in your account. There will be no delivery by mail.

Terms of Payment

After receiving the invoice, the payment must be made within two weeks to the bank account specified in the invoice.


After expiration of the payment term of two weeks, the first reminder will be sent. It is not associated with additional fees and serves as a payment reminder. If payment is still not received after two further weeks, a second reminder will be sent with additional reminder fees. The reminder fees will be charged in addition to the outstanding amount already due.

Late Payment reserves the right to reset the account and/or the booked service to Basic if payment is not made. If you have already published content during this period, it will not be deleted but deactivated. As soon as outstanding invoices are settled, your content can be reactivated from your dashboard.
