Pressure regulator KVP KVR KVC KVL KVD
Pressure regulator, evaporation, KVP, suction line
KVP evaporation pressure regulators are installed in the suction line of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. They are used to keep the pressure stable according to the evaporation temperature.
Pressure regulator, condensing, KVR
KVR condensing pressure regulators can be installed both on the hot gas side and in the condensate line in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. They are used to maintain a constant and sufficiently high condensing pressure in systems with air-cooled condensers. KVR condensing pressure regulators can be combined with the valve types NRD or KVD to ensure that a suitable receiver pressure is maintained.
Pressure regulator, power, KVC, hot gas bypass
When installed in a bypass between the high-pressure and the low-pressure side in refrigeration systems, the KVC power controller regulates the suction pressure by allowing hot gas to flow over from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side.
Capacity regulator, CPCE, hot gas bypass regulator (in injection line)
CPCE capacity controllers are used to adapt the compressor capacity to the actual evaporator load. CPCE power controllers are installed in a bypass between the high and low pressure side of the refrigeration system and are used for hot gas injection between the evaporator and the thermostatic expansion valve. The LG hot gas mixer guarantees a homogeneous mixing of liquid and gaseous refrigerant to the evaporator.
Start regulator, KVL, suction line
KVL start regulators are installed in the suction line upstream of the compressor. They protect the compressor motor from overload when it starts up after long periods of inactivity or after the defrosting period by limiting the suction pressure.
Pressure regulator, collector, KVD, adjustable
KVD is a modulating pressure regulator. It opens when the pressure in the receiver drops and directs hot gas through a bypass to maintain the pressure in the receiver set on the regulator.
