ESK pressure difference valves (RV)
Pressure Differential Valves (RV)
In order to be able to supply the oil from the collector to the compressors in sufficient quantities, a pressure difference must be built up between the oil collector and the compressor crankcase. For this purpose, a pressure differential valve type RV.. is mounted on the oil collector and connected to the suction pressure in single-stage systems (pressure equalization line DAL). In the case of two-stage compressor and booster systems, the DAL must be connected to the intermediate pressure if the compressor crankcases are under intermediate pressure. For CO2 systems with operationally strong fluctuations in suction pressure, we recommend the two-way valve RV2-10B-1.5-2W, it also ensures pressure equalization in the opposite direction from 0.1 bar overpressure and prevents the collector pressure from falling below that of the suction pressure.
