Frascold Transcritical TK Series for CO2

The compressors of the TK series for transcritical CO2 applications have been developed with the latest requirements in refrigeration and heating technology in mind. Specifically designed for use in CO2 transcritical processes such as heat pumps and refrigeration systems at medium temperatures, as well as cascade and booster systems. These compressors, when used in combination with an SK compressor for CO2 applications with a subcritical process, enable the construction of multi-compressor systems for medium and low temperatures.

TK Series for Transcritical Applications:

• 7 models (4 for heat pumps), 2 cylinders with a displacement from 1.9 to 3.5 m3/h [50Hz], and motor rated power from 3 to 5 HP.
• 21 models (10 for heat pumps), 4 cylinders with a displacement from 3.8 to 25.3 m3/h [50Hz], and motor rated power from 5 to 40 HP.
• Maximum allowable pressure (high-pressure side) Ps = 140 bar
• Maximum allowable pressure (low-side) Ps = 80 bar
• POE85 oil filling for models in refrigeration applications
• PAG68 oil for models in heat pump applications
