Secop GmbH

We develop, produce and sell compressors in three business areas:

- Refrigeration and freezing technology for private households

- Small commercial refrigeration systems

- DC compressors for mobile applications.

We want to be a partner to our customers. We work quickly, in line with requirements, reliably and sustainably. With our products, we create added value for our customers: technologically leading compressors with high efficiency and top quality. This is our self-imposed commitment. Under the name Danfoss Compressors GmbH, Secop was part of the Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division of Danfoss GmbH, based in Nordborg, Denmark, until 2010. In November 2010, Secop is acquired by the Munich-based industrial holding AURELIUS AG. The acquisition by Aurelius includes all business activities in Germany, China, Slovenia and Slovakia with a total of around 3,000 employees. In the course of the takeover, Danfoss Compressors is renamed and from now on conducts its business with a new brand identity under the name Secop GmbH.
