Carly Filter dryer housing BCY - BCY-HP und BDCY

• For filtering and drying refrigerants and neutralizing acids in liquid lines within refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 

• The dryer housings with exchangeable block inserts allow the replacement of only the active components of the filter dryer.

These products are compatible with CFCs, HFCs, HFOs, CO2, as well as their oils and related additives. They are designed for the use of non-hazardous refrigerants belonging to Group 2 and Group 1 according to PED 2014/68/EU.

For the use of CARLY components with refrigerants belonging to Group I such as hydrocarbons 

– Propane R290, Butane R600, Isobutane R600a, Propylene R1270 

– with HFCs and transcritical CO2, and for applications in organic Rankine cycles, please contact the technical service at CARLY. 

• The classification of products according to their volume into EG categories can be found in the table of PED 2014/68/EU. 

• Filtering at the outlet prevents the spread of particles in the refrigerant circuit larger than 150 μ, with minimal pressure loss. 

• The conical 1/4" NPT internal thread in the flange cover allows for the installation of a test connection or a pressure valve.

Upon request, custom adaptations are available: 

• Housing and connections made of stainless steel (resistant to corrosion and low temperatures).

• PS 46 bar, for BCY-HP, 3 and 4 inserts.
