Desiccant collectors are particularly suitable for systems with low refrigeration capacities and heat pumps

• For filtering and drying refrigerants and neutralizing acids in liquid lines within refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 

• The desiccant collector provides a constant supply of dried and filtered refrigerant to better supply the expansion valve, regardless of operating conditions. 

• Desiccant collectors are particularly suitable for systems with low refrigeration capacities operating with a thermostatic expansion valve and equipped with an air or plate condenser. • Desiccant collectors are especially well-suited for heat pumps.

These products are compatible with HCFCs, CFCs, HFCs, and CO2, as well as their oils and related additives. They are designed for the use of non-hazardous refrigerants belonging to Group 2 according to PED 2014/68/EU. For the use of CARLY components with refrigerants belonging to Group I such as hydrocarbons – Propane R290, Butane R600, Isobutane R600a, Propylene R1270 – with HFCs, transcritical CO2, and for applications in organic Rankine cycles, please contact the technical service at CARLY.

• Hermetically sealed outer casing made of painted steel ensures corrosion resistance. 

• Filtering at the outlet prevents the spread of particles in the refrigerant circuit larger than 25 μ, with minimal pressure loss. 

• No desorption, even at high temperatures.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:
