Thermo Jack Freezer is a tunnel freezer for continuous rapid freezing that reduces freezing time by up to 75%. Thermo Jack has an impact jet effect in addition to the traditional air-blowing process. Reducing freezing time results in improved product quality and reduces equipment footprint. Wire mesh and steel belt types are available. They can be used for a wide range of products, from liquid or granular forms to packaged or unpackaged parts. Cleaning is also made easier with a simplified drain pan that comes standard with the unit.
