KVS is a range of electrically operated, modulating suction pressure control valves. The adjustment screw of the valve is operated directly by a step motor. Since there is no switching mechanism, the valve piston can be precisely positioned at each stage. Thanks to a unique spool valve system, the valve can deliver high resolution even with low power. The valve can use all motor stages, the refrigerant flow is directly proportional to the piston stroke, even if the valve starts to open. The spring-loaded slide, which is driven directly by the stepper motor, has 2 main advantages • Due to the spring force, it works practically hysteresis-free • No risk of internal parts jamming due to thermal expansion. Movement is ensured by spring force if necessary.
