Secop SLV

In accordance with the requirements of leading supermarket freezer manufacturers in Europe, Secop has developed a variable speed compressor, the SLV, for light commercial applications. These cover chests, stainless steel cabinets and more. As total cost of ownership is increasingly concentrated in the food retail segments, variable speed compressors are the product of choice. Only this design allows energy savings of up to 40% compared to fixed speed compressors in on/off mode.

The SLV series goes one step further and incorporates sophisticated application circuitry within the motor controller for greater system integration. With its five relay outputs (four zero crossings and one galvanically isolated relay), a large number of applications can be implemented, e.g. B. Defrosting (hot gas or electric), switching of lights, waste heat, control of evaporator fans, etc. Up to five sensor inputs can be used for logging data, HACCP functionality and to control the temperatures and system functions to adapt the SLV series to customer applications to adjust. The SLV compressor offers a display with the necessary user interface that shows important information such as temperatures or the system status.

Several programmable parameters - through Secop's optional configuration and monitoring software TOOL4COOL® - and the integrated real-time clock create new stand-alone functionalities such as scheduled defrosting, night or weekend mode, etc. By using the network functionality of the controller, a master / Slave architecture for remote (or supervised) systems can be built with up to 247 separate units.
