With a nominal dehumidification capacity of around 1,322 kilograms per day and a nominal air volume of 9,800 cubic meters of dry air per hour at a static pressure of 300 Pa, the TTR 10000 is optimally equipped for very high dry air requirements, even in cool environments with low dew points. The best conditions, for example, for permanent dryness, gas dehumidification or dry air production in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as in mechanical engineering, but also for protecting machines, inventory and buildings from corrosion, condensation or mold formation, for example in water systems or electrical control centers.

PERFECTLY FLOWING
The high-performance fans of the TTR 10000 are driven by energy-saving EC motors, the speed of which can be adjusted independently of one another using the Duoventic controller. Thanks to this integrated Duoventic air quantity regulation, you can configure the TTR 10000 drying unit quickly and according to your needs without any conversion work: Extremely dry air with a low air flow, larger quantities of dry air or maximum circulating air performance with a moderate proportion of dry air.
Flowmatic S reliably keeps the volume flow within the target range
The adsorption dehumidifier TTR 10000 is equipped as standard with a Flowmatic-S volume flow control, which automatically detects and compensates for pressure losses with the help of sensors. The regulation of the volume flow or pressure can be adjusted as required via the control signal. As soon as the Flowmatic S registers deviations, it counteracts them and thus guarantees that the specified volume flow or pressure is maintained. This means that you have a constant flow of dry air in the required quantity at all times.
HIGH PERFORMANCE EVEN AT LOW DEW POINTS
The adsorption dehumidifiers of the TTR series use the vapor pressure gradient between the humid air and a hygroscopic sorbent, which is incorporated in a drying wheel and has an extremely large surface structure, to dehumidify the air. This process ensures high dehumidification performance even at low humidity and low air temperatures.
TTR Trisorp dual principle
The TTR 10000 has two separate air ducts for process and regeneration air, each with a fan. The process air to be dehumidified is sucked in with the help of a fan and flows through the dehumidification sector of the continuously rotating drying wheel, where the moisture contained in it is removed by binding in the sorbent and it then flows as dry air to the air outlet.
The regeneration air is also sucked in with a separate fan and guided through the flushing sector. Since the desiccant wheel heats up due to the released adsorption heat and the regeneration heat, the rinsing sector is used for heat recovery and cooling of the desiccant wheel, which also reduces the required energy input and leads to improved dehumidification performance, especially at lower dew points.
When flowing through the heating register, the air is heated up and its relative humidity is extremely reduced, so that the air can now absorb the moisture bound in the silica gel again when passing through the regeneration sector and can be discharged to the outside as extremely humid regeneration air through the humid air outlet.
Energy-saving dehumidification and higher degrees of drying thanks to circulating air operation with dual air circuits
The TTR-Trisorp-Dual-Principle with two separate air ducts enables recirculation with fresh dry air from an isolated process air circuit both when the device is set up outside (example 1) and inside the room to be treated (example 2). In the case of indoor installation, the regeneration air inlet and moist air outlet are simply routed outside the room using hose or pipe connections.
In contrast to conventional through-air operation, significantly lower dew point temperatures and thus significantly lower drying states as well as significantly more energy-efficient operation can be achieved with variable circulating air drying with a nominal amount of dry air.

CONFIGURABLE AIR DIRECTION REVERSAL
A practical detail for stationary industrial use, especially with piped installation, is the configurable air reversal of the TTR units, because it is precisely with such applications that new or additional devices must be able to be flexibly integrated into existing processes.
The dehumidifier housing is already prepared at the factory for the mirror-inverted structure of the air flow, so that this device can always be set up with the operating side facing the user, regardless of the direction of the process air. If desired, the air direction can be adapted to your individual processes as required by means of module reversal. Blowing out dry air on the right and discharging the moist air on the left - or vice versa - no problem thanks to configurable air direction reversal.
Service-friendly construction
All adsorption drying units of the TTR series are designed to be extremely easy to maintain. Lockable doors and filter flaps as well as the control cabinet flap allow you quick access to all elements at any time.
