Electrician for Service Assignments (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Technical customer service at our customers' sites, both domestically and internationally
  Troubleshooting by analyzing faults in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on-site, as well as independently resolving electrical and MSR (measurement, control, and regulation) technical issues
• Installation and assembly work of all kinds, including repairs and adjustments to our equipment
• Maintenance and commissioning, as well as documentation of the provided services
• Measurements on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment at the customer's site and assistance in finding solutions
• Training and instruction of personnel on-site at the customer's location
• If necessary, undertaking electrical and assembly work at the company's Heinsdorfergrund site

Profile:

• Completed training in the electrical engineering field (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, electrical systems installer)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of EC fan programming is advantageous
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Structured work approach, self-organization, as well as dedication and reliability
• Team spirit, high service orientation, and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of English is advantageous
• Driver's license Class B
