MTA Refrigeration Technician (m/f/d) in Customer Service for Baden-Württemberg

To strengthen our team for the Stuttgart region, we are looking for you as a Refrigeration Technician (m/f/d) for our customer service.

What tasks will you take on in our customer service?

• In this position, you will be responsible for repair, maintenance, and servicing of air-cooled and water-cooled refrigeration units as well as compressed air refrigerant dryers. 
• You will customize chilled water units to meet customer-specific needs and requirements. 
• Additionally, you will provide on-site support to our customers regarding energy savings, optimizations, and train operators and responsible individuals on the function and operation of the systems. 
• Commissioning chilled water units, refrigerant dryers, and industrial cooling systems developed by our Engineering Department are also part of your responsibilities. 
• You will also assist the service department in troubleshooting on-site and over the phone.

What qualifies you for this position?

• You are a refrigeration mechatronics technician, refrigeration system installer, or master craftsman with experience in air-cooled and water-cooled chilled water units and knowledge of control and regulation technology. 
• Your experience in service work gives you the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel occasionally complete your profile.
