Ice-Cold Passion. Square. Natural. Hygienic.
The square ice cube is the classic among ice cubes and is considered by many bartenders and gastronomes as the epitome of the perfect ice cube. Not only for emotional reasons, but also for very 'cool' reasons, there are several advantages to using square ice cubes. They have the advantage of slowly releasing their meltwater when cooling drinks or preparing cocktails and drinks. This results in less impact on the drink's taste and achieves a long-lasting cooling effect. The ice makers from the Cube-Line product series produce hygienically flawless, crystal-clear full ice cubes in a square format measuring 30 x 30 x 30 mm. For this, the available drinking water is injected into the square molds of the evaporator system and frozen into ice cubes. Now, this intelligent concept has been expanded further. With the Cube-Line 135 ECL / ECW, you can now produce square full ice cubes and crushed ice in one machine. Just the way you want it!
Ice Output
The ice cube makers of the IC 130 / 135 type produce 125 kg of square full ice cubes (at ambient temperature 15°C, water temperature 10°C for the air-cooled version, and 20°C for the water-cooled version). The capacity of the integrated storage container is 60 kg for the IC 130 and a total of 130 kg for the IC 135 (65 kg per type of ice) when utilizing the entire container volume.
Economic Efficiency
The ice preparation system developed by Wessamat, with its injection evaporator, impresses with its low water consumption for ice preparation, which has an extremely positive effect on production costs.
Cooling Types
The models are available as standard with air or water cooling. Due to higher water consumption (cooling water) in the water-cooled version, the use of the air-cooled model is recommended for ambient temperatures from 10°C to 30°C.
