Compact Kältetechnik GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of energy-efficient and future-proof chillers in Germany. Founded in 1992, the company designs and produces demand-oriented refrigeration kits for virtually all applications from a single source - with natural refrigerants such as CO2, NH3, propane and all common synthetic refrigerants.

For more than 25 years, the reliable and sustainable compact solutions "Made in Germany" have already been successfully used in food refrigeration, commercial refrigeration and industry. Our refrigeration experts will advise you on the need for individually customized special solutions as well as on the proven compact standard solutions and energy concepts.

At the two sites in Dresden and Scharfenstein, more than 85 employees are currently passionate about our customers.

THE REFRIGERATOR

We design and manufacture your refrigeration system - specially tailored to your individual application and performance range. You can rely on our expertise in the development of tailor-made solutions for every requirement as well as proven standard products.

Our standard series offer the highest level of efficiency on the basis of a mature basic concept with various possible variations. The manufacturer-independent, flexible alignment allows us to deliver machines in the power range from a few watts of cooling capacity to the megawatt range.

compact Kältetechnik stands for close and cooperative contact with its customers - both in determining requirements and consulting during the offer phase as well as during the entire order realization. This allows us to tailor our concepts perfectly to the needs. Our experienced employees and a high degree of vertical integration within our own company enable us to respond flexibly to all customer requirements.

This results in specially designed systems with high energy efficiency that are tailored to the specific application. All compact products ensure excellent quality for trouble-free use with sophisticated design, high-quality components and meticulous workmanship.

THE WHOLE IN THE LOOK

In addition to the space, performance and efficiency requirements of our customers, we also have the peripherals and the installation in sight after delivery of our products. In order to help you minimize the assembly work on the construction site, we generally offer you a high degree of prefabrication of our refrigeration kits.

In addition to the core product, you can request extensive additional equipment. You decide for yourself which additional assemblies, such as controls, control cabinets, heat recovery, pump stations, etc., should already be preinstalled in your product. Housings for outdoor installations and complete container solutions complete our offer.

A service and user-friendly design of our machine technology is a matter of course and saves time during maintenance and repairs. If required, our specialists will gladly assist you with technical support.

RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FOR FUTURE TECHNOLOGIES

For us, environmental criteria such as sustainability and energy efficiency have long been one of the firm criteria when selecting the right system technology. Therefore, we focus our research and development work particularly on energy-efficient system technology and the use of natural, climate-neutral refrigerants.

Since 2012, we operate a CO2 booster system in our own test field. The insights gained here flow directly into our system concepts. The proven compact chillers operate in subcritical and transcritical CO2 applications, in the ammonia sector as well as in the sector of flammable refrigerants.

For environmentally friendly plant technology with the future-proof refrigerant CO2 (R744) we offer our partners and customers special training courses.

A well-rehearsed and ambitious team of experienced knowledge carriers and newly trained specialists ensures a good working atmosphere and an inspiring working atmosphere. High personal responsibility on the part of each employee as well as the certainty of finding common solutions in the team create the basis for excellent results.

For more than 20 years, the training of young people in the company has been an important pillar for securing skilled workers in the company. In each case, more than ten apprentices are employed at compact. For our very good educational achievements, we have already been honored by the Chambers of Crafts in Dresden and Chemnitz as exemplary training companies and the »Walter-Hartwig-Preis«.

The high level of qualification of the employees is enhanced by various advanced training options, such as: B. dual BA study, master's education or engineering studies secured while offering career opportunities in the company.

We received the Zukunftspreis 2018 from the Dresden Chamber of Crafts for our exemplary activities to secure skilled workers and recruiting young talent with our employees. QUALITY ON ALL LEVELS

The excellent quality of our products proves itself worldwide. On the one hand, it is based on the use of high-quality components, which we source exclusively from reputable brand manufacturers. At least as important, however, is the know-how that our specialist engineers, technicians, craftsmen and skilled workers bring to the manufacturing process. Regular training and further training measures secure and expand this expertise.

We guarantee the production of chillers on the basis of DIN EN 378, the Pressure Equipment Directive and other recognized technical standards. All processes in the company are certified according to ISO 9001 and are continuously monitored and audited. Our company is a licensed welding company according to AD 2000 HP0 and certified according to the Pressure Equipment Directive Module H1. This is how we guarantee a complete and permanent quality control.
