Stainless steel piping system for cooling

NiroTherm® consists of two series: 

• The 91000 series for heating, cooling and oil-free compressed air with a black EPDM seal is suitable for the temperature range from -30 to +120 °C. 
• The 98000 NiroTherm Industry series with heat-resistant FKM sealing ring is used between -20 and +160 °C. Both piping systems are certified up to 16 bar. 

Excellent for glycol chillers and heat recuperation!

Tool compatibility simplifies installation

Under the term combipress we summarize three decisive plus points that bring tangible advantages to installers every day:

1. Tool compatibility:

This means that all original press profiles SA, V or M can be used for metallic piping systems up to and including 54 mm. For plastics, TH, B, F, H and U can be used. The advantage is obvious - you can use your existing tooling for our products and be confident that the joint will work - and hold for a long time! - regardless of the tool used. 

2. Push and Stay:

This means that as the joint is being assembled, the friction within the fitting's sealing ring will hold the pipe in place before the press jaw is applied. This is particularly important when making overhead or riser connections where it would be difficult to hold the pipe and tool (and ladder, and yourself...) in place while trying to fit the jaw correctly. Probably with bad lighting and rain outside...but we digress.

Remember to always mark the insertion depth on the pipe as a precaution, using our calibrated depth gauges. Push & Stay allows the pipe joint to be carried much more easily with just one operator.

3. Leak path protected:

This is a handy feature that makes it easy to see if connections have been left unpressed. This is indicated by either a reduction in the test pressure or a visible drip from the fitting. So you can be sure that any unpressed connections will be detected before commissioning.
