Oil level regulators (OR)

When compressors are operated in a network, oil level regulators are attached to the compressor to control the oil level. The oil is supplied from an oil collector. The correct performance selection of all system components is important for the correct functioning of the regulators. The mechanical oil level regulators from ESK are reliable and robust components. Precision float valves regulate the oil level in the compressor crankcase. The adjustable version should always be used in systems in which compressors with different suction pressures work together (booster, satellite operation). In the basic version, the regulators are manufactured with a three/four-hole flange and, for compact installation, with a threaded fitting. Adapters and coupling pieces are available for mounting on the various sight glass designs. The regulator, which has been tested for leaks and function, is supplied with the necessary assembly accessories such as O-rings, fastening screws, etc. An oil filter must be installed upstream of each regulator to prevent the float valve from becoming dirty.
