When compressors are operated in a network, oil level regulators are attached to the compressors to control the oil level. The oil is supplied from a reservoir. Correct performance of all system components is important for the correct functioning of the electronic regulator.
In 1999 we delivered the first generation of our optoelectronic oil level regulators and level controls. We are pleased to be able to offer you the 5th generation of this product family with improved performance features.
Now new: Thanks to more powerful solenoid valves, the oil level regulators are now approved for up to 130 bar in the oil return line and for a working pressure difference of 1.5 bar to 100 bar. On the suction side, the oil level regulator is suitable for up to 60 bar or 130 bar (type ERM5-CDH). Main dimensions and connections remain unchanged.

Security:

- Quadruple measuring points enable the signal monitoring of underfilling, but also overfilling
- Alarm function for overfilling, underfilling and when the emergency program is activated
In the basic version, the regulators are manufactured with a three/four-hole flange and, for compact installation, with a threaded fitting. Adapters and coupling pieces are available for mounting on the various sight glass designs. The regulator comes with the necessary mounting accessories such as O-ring, mounting screws, etc. Note: To increase system availability and reduce maintenance, we recommend installing oil filters upstream of each regulator.
