MTA has been producing and selling industrial refrigeration systems for process cooling, air conditioning and compressed air treatment for 40 years. In our plants in Northern Italy, Europe's cradle of refrigeration technology, more than 13,500 chillers, free coolers and compressed air dryers leave production every year to provide cooling in over 80 countries around the world.

As MTA Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Nettetal on the Lower Rhine, we serve our customers nationwide with a 60-person sales and service team, and our in-house engineering department develops customized cooling systems for industry and commerce.

What does Head of Customer Service mean to us?

In this position, you are the decisive interface to our business partners in terms of technical processing; you plan the assignments of your service team, clarify technical issues and make decisions on the feasibility of special projects.
You are in constant exchange with our plants in Italy in order to coordinate technical details, delivery times and, if necessary, special solutions with customer requirements in terms of technology and deadlines.
Coordinating the elimination of defects is just as much a part of your duties as supporting and encouraging the members of your team in their professional and personal development.

What qualifies you for this position?

You are a master refrigeration engineer or state-certified technician in refrigeration technology, already have professional experience and ideally an additional business qualification (not mandatory).
With several years of service in the operational business and experience as a team leader, you keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Good English and the routine handling of MS-Office complete your profile.
